How to cancel your subscription or free trial
Go to Account → Settings → Subscription, tap "Manage subscription", then "Cancel my subscription" (or "Cancel my trial") and confirm on the next two screens. Nothing more is charged, and Pro stays on until the end of the trial or the month you've paid for.
Step by step
- 1Sign in and tap your initial (top right) to open your Account.
- 2Tap "Settings", then go to the "Subscription" section.
- 3Tap "Manage subscription".
- 4At the bottom, tap "Cancel my subscription" (or "Cancel my trial").
- 5Confirm on the two short screens. You can tell us why, but you don't have to.
Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged. Cancel later and Pro stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
Changed your mind? Go back to Manage subscription and tap "Resume" any time before Pro ends.
The Season Pass is a single payment that never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
