Gaffer Maths is an independent Fantasy Premier League tool. It is operated by [trading name or company, registered address and company number: to be completed before launch]. Contact: hello@gaffermaths.co.uk.

Gaffer Maths is not affiliated with the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. It only ever asks for your public FPL team ID, never your FPL email or password.

Gaffer Maths' free plan costs nothing, has no ads and needs no card. You can use it without an account, or create a free account to save your team and settings.

Gaffer Maths Pro is available as Pro Monthly (£3.99 a month) or a Season Pass (a single payment for Pro until the end of the current Fantasy Premier League season, priced lower as the season goes on).

Prices are in pounds sterling. [VAT status and wording to be confirmed before launch.] The price you will pay, and when, is always shown before you confirm.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Gaffer Maths never sees or stores your full card details.

New Pro Monthly customers can start with 7 days of Pro free. A payment card is needed to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial turns into Pro Monthly automatically at the end of day 7, and your card is charged £3.99 on that date (shown to you when you start) and then every month on the same date.

We remind you before the trial ends: in the app from 2 days before, and by email once email reminders are switched on.

If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged, and Pro stays on until the trial ends.

One free trial per person, account and payment card. If a card that has already had a free trial is used again, that trial is cancelled straight away and nothing is charged; you can still subscribe without a trial.

Pro Monthly is paid in advance, once a month, on the same date as your first payment, until you cancel.

If we change the monthly price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

If a payment fails we will tell you and retry it over the following days. Pro stays on while we retry. If the payment still fails, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.

The Season Pass is a single payment. It gives you Pro until the date shown at checkout (a week after the last gameweek's deadline). It never renews and there is nothing to cancel.

You can cancel Pro Monthly or a trial at any time in one click from your account page. There is no fee and no need to contact us.

When you cancel, no further payments are taken. Pro stays on until the end of the trial or the month you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. You can undo a cancellation until then.

Your free features, saved team and settings stay after Pro ends.

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. Because Gaffer Maths Pro starts immediately, we ask for your express request at checkout to start it straight away, and your acknowledgement of what that means:

Once Pro has started, you lose the right to cancel and get a refund for the period that has already begun (for a trial, there is nothing to refund because nothing has been charged). You can still cancel at any time to stop future payments, as above.

This does not affect your other statutory rights, including your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

If we change these terms in a way that affects your subscription, we will tell you before the change applies. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your account.
